Reunion
The Live Oak Union High School class of 1962 reunion was held
Saturday, June 23, 2007 at the Moose Lodge in Gridley.
No host cocktails started at 6 P.M., dinner following at 7 P.M.
The dinner was prepared by the members of the Moose Lodge. Dinner
included prime rib and chicken marcela with wild rice, corn, salad
and rolls. Dessert was cake.
The event was well attended by classmates and guests.
Out-of-state classmates came from Oregon, Washington, Nevada,
Tennessee, Oklahoma, Alabama and Alaska. It was a pleasant evening
of reminiscing and renewing old acquaintances.
There is a website for the LO Class of “62” where names,
addresses, email addresses and pictures are available (www.
liveoakclassof62.com). Pictures from the 45th class reunion are on
the web site. This website is available to any classmates that would
like to contribute pictures, addresses of classmates, anything that
was a part of the class of “62”. This includes pictures of
classmates and event from grammar school. There is a “contact
address” on the website for contributions.
